Ernest Nelson White, Sr. of Pulaski passed away Sunday morning, October 9, 2016, in Pulaski. He was born in the Bodenham Community on October 16th, 1919 and was 96 years old. For many years he operated a home painting business here in Giles County. His love of planting a garden was something he was very proud of, known for, and was happy to share with others. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pulaski and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Visitation will be 11:00 until 2:00 Monday, October 10, 2016, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Tony Gomillion officiating.
Burial will follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund/ 407 S. 1st Street Pulaski, TN 38478
He was preceded in death by his wife Ivarene McMasters White. His daughter Linda Green. His parents Clarence Adney and Mary Viola Zeigler White. Sisters, Estelle White and Pauline Moore and a brother, Wayne White.
He is survived by;

Grandson Lyman (Christie) Brown of Pulaski
Grandson Tony (Kim) Green of Pulaski.
Grandson Carman Brown of Pulaski.
Granddaughter Tammy (Barry) Taylor of Pulaski.
Grandson Dan (Heather) White of Pulaski
Granddaughter Jessica Harrison of Killen, AL.
13 Great Grandchildren and 17 Great-Great Grandchildren also survive.
