Ms. Erica Patrice Caldwell, age 56, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Sunday, November 01, 2026 at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital. She was born on May 01, 1970 in Gruetli-Laager, TN and was a faithful member of Church of Jesus Christ. She had a passion for helping others and demonstrated it through her job as a healthcare caregiver. She is preceded in death by her parents Lee Caldwell and Nellie Christine McDaniel Caldwell, son Christian Dakota Lee Caldwell, daughter Christina Danielle Lee Caldwell, brother Troy Lee Caldwell, and the father of her sons Scottie Dewayne Tate.
She is survived by her sons Logan Tate and Scottie Tate (Tori Pearson), step daughter Courtney Tate, granddaughter McKinly Rymer, siblings Tonya Caldwell Roberts (James Burns), Kurt Caldwell (Pearlie Copeland), Jared Caldwell (Terah Jones), and Dana Mullins, and nieces and nephews Trent Caldwell, Cameron Caldwell, Nick Roberts, Hunter Roberts, Alexi Caldwell King, and Whitney Caldwell Evans.
Ms. Caldwell will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at Church of Jesus Christ.
