Eric R. Edwards “Sponge” born January 20, 1955 was a Welder for Barnett Ironworks. He departed this life on November 18, 2019 at the age of 64 Years, 9 Months, 29 Days.
Graveside Memorial Services were held November 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM in Waynesboro Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his Aunts Flora Lacher of Waynesboro, TN, Joyce Grimes of Oklahoma; Cousins Richard Lacher, Sandra Pitts, Glenee’ Jones, Brenda Walker, Tresa Stader, Adrianne Phillips, David Edwards, and Kay Holt and his partner, Melissa Rhodes.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ivo and Mary Nell “Nellie” Edwards, his grandparents Grady and Hester Peacock and Locke and Carrie Edwards.
