Emma Shipley Grant, 90, died Sunday, April 7, 2013. Public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, Florence, with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Florence. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
