Emma Jane Giles Willingham, age 78, died on January 6, 2021 in her home surrounded by family in Jackson, TN after a long illness.
She was born August 6, 1942 in Lawrenceburg, TN to Cecil and Hazel Giles. She graduated from Lawrence County High School in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was employed at Malco Lanes for over thirty years prior to retirement. She was a member of Meridian Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Franklin Willingham, whom she married on July 19, 1962. She is survived by a sister, Marcia Emmons; a brother, Morris Giles; two sons, Jay (Liza) Willingham, Jackson, TN and Lane (Joanna) Willingham, Medon, TN; two daughters, Tina McMurry, Jackson, TN and Lynn (John) Hunt, Jackson, TN; and seven grandchildren, Shelby Rushing, Taylor Rushing, Cade Willingham, Josie Willingham, Zoey McMurry, Jacob Willingham and Luke Willingham; five nieces and three nephews; and countless friends and loved ones.

Due to the pandemic, a private family graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to in the American Cancer Society in honor of Emma Willingham.
