Emma Jane Geer Hargett, age 74, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, July 01, 2023, at her residence.
Emma loved working in the garden and canning. She was a devoted member of My Father’s House Church, a faithful Christian, and loved to help anyone she could. She was a loving wife and mother who will be missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 42 years, Donnie Hargett; children, Angela Hargett, Brandon Ray Hargett; brother, Darrell Geer; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Clay Geer; mother, Thelma Ruth Methney Geer; and brother JL (John) Kincaid Geer.
The visitation will be from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 06, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the memorial service following at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel. Pastor Pearl Shelton will officiate the service.
