Emerald Nathan Bailey, 91, formerly of Iron City, Tennessee, died Friday, July 21, 2017. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Shackelford Funeral Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee. The funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood. He was the husband of Beatrice Bailey, of Florence. Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tennessee, is directing.
