Elwood Phillips, 83, of Rogersville died Friday, November 4, 2016, at Mitchell-Hollingsworth.
Visitation will be Monday, November 7, 2016, at Elkins East Chapel from 12-2 PM. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the Chapel. Burial will be at Hurricane Cemetery.
