Elwin Neil Crumpton, 72 of Dora, passed away Sunday June 30, 2019 at his residence. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an avid Alabama football fan. He loved gospel music and loved the Lord.
Graveside services will be Wednesday July 3, 2019 at 12:30 pm in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Bro. Buddy Sparkman will officiate. Visitation is Wednesday from 11:30 am -12:30 pm at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his sister in law, Mae Crumpton.
Survivors include his wife of 50 ½ years, Linda Crumpton; children, Denise Sorensen, David Crumpton and Misty Hicks (Michael); grandchildren, Justin Sorensen, China and Candace Crumpton and Alex and Kaitlynn Hicks; six great grandchildren; sister, Nola Ingram (Dennis); brothers, Danny Crumpton (Vickie) and Harold Crumpton; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
