Elvy Lee Issa, age 95, of Haleyville, Alabama, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 at her residence. She was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be Monday, July 27, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Bro. Hugh Cavender officiating. Burial will follow in Old Enon Cemetery, Lynn.
Ms. Issa is survived by her son, Billy Ray (Carolyn) Issa; sister, Robbie Faye (Kermit) Scogins; and 5 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Joshua and Lula Edwards; son, Freddie Lee Issa; brothers, Raymond, Frank, James, and Bobby Edwards; and sisters, Lorene Richards and Mildred Hullett.
