Elon C Joiner, 95, of Tuscumbia passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018. A graveside service will be Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Tri Cities Memorial Gardens at 1 p.m. Brother Daniel Michael and Brett Pitman will be officiating.
Elon was a graduate of University of Alabama and a WWII Veteran. He was a faithful member of Highland Park Baptist Church for 60 plus years. He was a local business owner of SAS Printing.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Louise Joiner, and five siblings.
He is survived by his son’s, J.C. Joiner and Robert Eli Joiner (Kim); daughters, Rebecca Singleton (Tommy), Delilah Webb (Terrell), and Pam Doyle (Gary); sister, Juanita Michael; eleven grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Shayne Singleton, Aaron Singleton, Skylar Joiner, Bill Webb, Alex Wiginton, Riley Huston, Collin Huston. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Seal, Tommy Whitehead, Bruce Christian, and Arlond Webb.
