Funeral service for Elnora Barnes Aycock, 97, will be Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Ray Halbrooks and Bro. Harold Thompson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Aycock died on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Columbia Cottage Assisted Living. She was born September 25, 1917, in Morgan County to Malcolm Marvin Barnes and Ethel Purnie Barnes. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hartselle. She loved her family, church and working in her flower garden. She was preceded in death by her husband: Roy Neill Aycock and her parents.
