Elna Lee Nixon of Huntsville passed away peacefully on Wednesday. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Nixon; parents, Ocie and Ollie Jones; brother, Clellan Jones; sister, Clovis Seagraves; and special friend, Sallye Grogan.
Ms. Nixon is survived by her daughters, Debbie Miser (Joe) and Susan Hall; grandchildren, Clay Hall (Susanna), Heather Provence (Greg), Blake Gray (Catherine), Ryan Gray (Rachel), and Meg Hall; and great-grandchildren, Cole Provence, Ellie Gray, Shelby Hall, and Sydney Gray.
Visitation will be June 17th from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Holmes Street United Methodist Church in Huntsville, Alabama. Her funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Eddie Johnson and Reverend Tom Owen officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
