Elmo Pete Martinez, 61 of Sheffield passed away October 22, 2013.
Visitation will be Friday October 25 from 5-8 pm at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral services to begin at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26 in the chapel. Burial to follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Mark Williams officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ynocencio and Elida Martinez and sister, Nelda Marquez.
Survivors include his loving wife of 37 wonderful years, Kathy Martinez.
Son, Norman Martinez (Erica)
Daughter, Cassie Jo Martinez
Grandchildren, Carter Davis, Braxton Martinez and Ava Martinez
Brothers, Sid Martinez (Tommie), Mario Martinez (Susie), Ricky Martinez and Larry Martinez.
Sister, Maria Herston (Ricky)
A host of loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Steve Valdez, John Aries, Tim Taylor, Randy Whitten, David McMillian, David Fry, Algie Waddell and Eugene Seitz. Honorary pallbearer is Jonathan Myrick.
Mr. Martinez worked for Delta Automotives for 25+ years of loyal services as a warehouse manager, also involved in sales . For the past 5 years to present he worked at Tiffins Motor Homes of Red Bay, as Logistics Warehouse Manager. He was a beloved husband, father and brother, who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
