Elmer Leon O’Rear, age 82 of Jasper, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Living Light Church of God. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Living Light Church of God, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Pastor Joey Vick will officiate.
Mr. O’Rear was preceded in death by his Wife-Barbara O’Rear; Brother-Terrell O’Rear; Parents-Craig and Lou O’Rear.
He is survived by his Wife-Betty O’Rear of Jasper, AL; Daughters-Darlene Jones (Andrew) of Zebulon, GA and Judy Dozier (Gary) of Jasper, AL; Son-Michael O’Rear (Melanie) of Jasper, AL; Grandchildren-Kayla Chapman (Dewayne) of Jasper, AL, Courtney Connell of Parrish, AL, Haleigh Holt (Chance) of Brilliant, AL, Karli Browning (Daniel) of Dora, AL, Dalton Totten of Zebulon, GA, Regan Connell of Jasper, AL, Adam O’Rear of Jasper, AL, Logan Totten of Zebulon, GA and JanaBeth Warden (Michael) of Mt. Olive, AL; 8 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Adam O’Rear, Logan Totten, David O’Rear, Daniel Browning, Chance Holt and Alex Humphries.
