Ellis Lowell “John” Barrett, 79, died Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at the Meadows.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Thursday, January 9, at the funeral home.
