Mrs. Ellen Renee Holladay of Hazel Green, Alabama, passed away on Saturday. She was 50. Ellen was a loving mother and wife who was very outgoing and “never met a stranger.”
Ellen was born in Pasadena, Texas, in 1975 to her late parents John Wilson and Rachael Ghould. She loved her family and was quick to make friends with her caring personality. Ellen enjoyed music, doing her nails, fishing, and taking long drives with her husband.
Mrs. Holladay was preceded in death by her parents and her grandmother, Gwen Ghould.
Surviving family includes her husband, Eric Holladay; her son, Shane Holladay; her mother, Carol Holladay; her father-in-law, Rickey Campbell; her brother, John Wilson; her brother-in-law, Scott Holladay; and her nieces and nephews, Jessica, Michael, Aaron, Robert, and Tyler. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 22, from 10:30 AM until 12 PM.
