Ellen Killian McCalman, 76, of the Collbran community passed away March 17, 2026, at her residence. Mrs. McCalman was born on June 14, 1949 to the late Gaddis W and Lorene Dollar Killian. She was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church where she founded a children’s ministry called the Crafty Kids Club.
A Celebration of Life service will be 12:30pm Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Gravel Hill Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to Gravel Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. McCalman is survived by her husband of 32 years, Ron McCalman; children, Tim Stephens, Stephanie Knizner (Rich), Ronald McCalman, Jr (Rebecca), and Tiffany Lynn Beasley (John); grandchildren, Kaylee Knizner, R.J. Knizner, Mia Stephens, Porter McCalman, Waylon Beasley and Brookynn Wilkes; siblings, Gerald Killian, Roger Killian (Sally), and Becky Everett (Eddy). She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Martha Killian.
