Elizabeth Clement age 67 of Athens, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Clement was born January 22, 1946 in Colbert County to John Thomas Shearon and Florrie Candler Shearon.
Services will be Thursday, July 25, 2013 1:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church in Tanner, AL with Keith Turberville and Clark Theriot officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Bethsaida Cemetery in Franklin County, AL. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Clement was a member of First Baptist Church in Tanner, enjoyed traveling and mission work.
Preceded in death by her husband, Ausie Clement, Jr.; parents, John and Florrie Shearon.
Survived by three sons, Ausie Lee Clement and wife, Myra of Tuscumbia, AL, John M. Clement and wife, Christy of Wetumpka, AL and Lawrence Wesley Clement and wife, Anne of Lynnwood, WA; sister, Mary Catherine Shearon of Wetumpka, AL; 5 grandchildren.
