It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Christian “Christy” Booream McCorkle announces her passing on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 23, 2019 at First Presbyterian Church at 10 a.m.
Christy was preceded in death by her father, Howard Christian “Bud” Booream. She is survived by the love of her life and soulmate of 31 years, Brad Alan McCorkle; her mother, Sara Elizabeth Booream Doss; sisters, Penney Griffin and Cynthia Briand; and brother, Chris Booream. She is also survived by nieces, Lauren Wright and Maggie Booream; and nephews, John Woodward and Trey Booream.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church, Florence.
Greenview Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
