Elizabeth Ann Wilkerson, age 58, of Florence, Alabama, passed away at home on May 22, 2024, after a brave fight against an extended illness. A private celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
Elizabeth was born in Lauderdale County in 1965 to Elgin and Nellie Wilkerson and lived most of her life in the Shoals area.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Elgin E. Wilkerson and Nellie Guthrie Wilkerson, as well as siblings Elgin “Junior” Wilkerson Jr., Brenda Wilkerson, Alan Wilkerson, and Glenda Woods.
She is survived by her life partner, Kenneth Lovelace, two sons, Nathan Wilkerson (Abbie) and Robert Pigg (Jessica), and granddaughter Aria Pigg, as well as siblings Danny Wilkerson, Steve Wilkerson, Linda Anderson, and Ernie Wilkerson.
