Elizabeth Ann Pickens Engelke, age 80 of Huntsville, formerly of DeKalb County, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024. Mrs. Engelke was born on November 9, 1943 to the late Carl & Hazel Pickens in DeKalb County. She was a retired Accountant. She was raised in the Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, April 1, 2024 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1p.m. until the 2p.m. hour of service.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Engelke; and children, Lisa (William) Curtis and Michael Rooker.
She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Rooker; parents; and two brothers.
