Elizabeth Ann Frey, of Cullman and previously Birmingham, passed away on August, 23, 2019. Born to Frederick Lee and Viola Richter Zinsmeister on September 30, 1926, she was known to family as Toodles. She is predeceased by her parents, a sister Alma Geraldine Ledbetter, brother Frederick Lee, Jr., and grandson Frederick Clinton Frey. Survivors include her children, Clinton Lee (Marion), Katherine Elizabeth (Ric Hall), and Jerry Lynn (Vicki) Frey, granddaughters Kelly Foster and Allison Frey, grandsons Stephen (Susan) Murphree and J.J.(Bridgett) Murphree, and niece Melody Zinsmeister. Confirmed in the Lutheran Church in Cullman, Elizabeth was a devout Christian and long time member of Huffman United Methodist Church. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Graveside service will held at Cullman City Cemetery on Wednesday, August 28 at 10:00 a.m. Honoring her request for simplicity, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cullman Regional Foundation, P.O. Box 1108, Cullman, AL, 35056-1108.
