Funeral for Elizabeth Ann Doan Mason, 85, of Hartselle will be Friday February 8, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illnois. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Mason, who died Sunday, February 3, 2013, at her residence, was born September 24, 1927, in Illinois to Alga Homer Alford and Viola Rice Alford. She was a Member of First Baptist Church in Lawrence- ville, Illinois.
She is survived by two sons, Harry Raymond Doan of Albuquerque, N.M., and Ronald Eugene (Shelley) Doan of Burtonsville, Ill.; two daughters, Connie (Don) Chamberlain of Hartselle and Sharon Trout of Peoria, Ill.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Hartselle Heritage is assisting with local arrangements.
