Elizabeth Ann “Beti” Bailey, 83, of Florence, AL, passed away June 26, 2023 at her home. Beti was a retired teacher and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a native of St. Louis, Missouri. Beti enjoyed taking dance lessons and competing in competitions, acting in church plays, and serving in the church temple. She also enjoyed traveling and meeting people. Beti had a wonderful sense of humor and loved telling jokes. Beti is survived by: Daughters: Deborah Hart (Rick) of Florence, AL & Julianne Brewer of Missouri Sisters: Martha Neuman of St. Charles, MO & Susan Day (Pete) of Erie, CO (6) Grandchildren (2) Nieces & (2) Nephews She was preceded in death by: Parents: William Bailey and Virginia Walker Baily Son: Benjamin Brewer The family will have a funeral service and burial later in Missouri.
