Eliseo Hernandez-Bernabe, 53 of Elkmont, passed away on Friday, January 21st, 2022, at UAB Hospital. Mr. Hernandez-Bernabe was born on June 14th, 1968, to Filogonio Hernandez and Ofelia Bernabe.
Mr. Hernandez-Bernabe is survived by his wife, Maria Dolores Castro; children Juan Hernandez and Millie Hernandez; brothers Juan Hernandez, Dario Hernandez, and Pedro Hernandez; sister Angela Hernandez; mother Ofelia Bernabe.
Preceded in death by his father, Filogonio Hernandez; sisters Galdina Hernandez and Rosa Hernandez.
Funeral services for Mr. Hernandez-Bernabe will be Saturday, January 29th 2022at 2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.
