Elias Jax Brown was born in to the arms of Jesus on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ernest Bumpas and Mary Alice Bumpas; and great-great-grandparents, Lawrence and Sarah Taylor, Vernon King, George and Linda Barnes, Marion and Hub Hawkins, John L. Sanders, and Elmer Meaker. Elias Jax is survived by his loving mother, Elizabeth Meaker of Winchester; father, E.J. Brown of Belvidere; grandparents, Cindy Meaker (Tim Steel) of Winchester, Daniel (Angie) Meaker of Estill Springs, Tyanna Brown of Lawrenceburg, and Eric (Stacey) Brown of Belvidere; great-grandparents, Kenneth (Marilyn) Barnes of Sherwood, J.W. (Becky) Sanders of Decherd, Danny (Beverly) Meaker of Estill Springs, Ela Brown of Belvidere, and Frank (Brenda) Brown of Decherd; great-great-grandparents, Hazel King of Sherwood, Geneva Sanders of Decherd, and Betty Meaker of Winchester; aunt, Aalyiah Morgan Brown, Allie Hill and Megan (Zach) Miller; and uncles, Derek Brown, and Austin Meaker. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
