Mr. Elgie D. Payne, 61, of Town Creek died Tuesday, May 13th. at his residence. His funeral will be Saturday, May 17th. at 1:00 at Little Star Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Pastor James Miller Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Sanford Memory Gardens in Town Creek. He will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
