Mr. Elbert Lee Hubbard, age 88, of Bessemer AL, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center of Birmingham, AL.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Adams-Brown Funeral Home in Albertville, AL, with Bro. Tommy Hannah officiating. Prior to visitation the family will receive friends and loved ones at 1:00 pm. Interment will be held at Shady Grove Cemetery in Boaz, AL.
Mr. Hubbard is survived by his wife Mary Ann Hubbard; daughter Marla Hubbard Kerce (Mitch) of Honea Path SC; son-in-law Scott Moore of Hoover AL; grandsons Bryant and Blake Moore; sisters Ruth Miller of Chattanooga TN, Marie Curle of Chattanooga TN, and Faye Tillet of Hilton Head SC; 2 nieces; 3 nephews; 3 great nieces; 1 great nephew; and 5 great great nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Herman T. and Effie Mae Hubbard; daughter Leah Hubbard Moore, grandson Collin Davis Kerce; and nephews Jerry Irvin and Anthony Curle.
Pallbearers escorting Mr. Hubbard to his final resting place will include Scott Moore, Stanley Irvin, Bryant Moore, Kirby Dale Hubbard, Michael Siemer, Gary Jones, and honorary pallbearer Blake Moore.
