Funeral services for Mrs. Elaine Hill, age 68, are scheduled for 1 PM, Saturday, July 19, 2014 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Mars Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Hill passed away Thursday at her home in Scotts Hill. She was born July 25, 1945 in Decatur County to the late Trux and Laura Duck Oneal. She was a retired employee in adult education in Decatur County, was a member of Scotts Hill Church of Christ, and she sold insurance and worked as a telemarketer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hill, two aunts, Zelma Oneal and Irene Head, and two cousins, James Head and Becky Head Riley. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Don Flynn and her cousin, Peggy Flynn.
