Effie Mae Parham Russell, 86, died March 28, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at People’s Funeral Home in Tanner. Funeral will be Friday at noon at New Hopewell M.B. Church in Tanner. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Thatch-Mann Cemetery
