Edwina Fowler Terry, age 92, of Cornersville, Tennessee, died Friday, July 26th, 2024, at her residence.
She was born September 27th, 1931, in Marshall County, to the late Otis Eull and Knoxie Cochran Fowler. She was a retired Cafeteria Worker for the Marshall County School System and was a member of the Robertson Fork Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Edward Terry in 2020; brothers, Sidney, Ezell, Hugh Thomas, Harold “Moe” and James L. Fowler; sisters, Virginia “Jenny” Donald, Mary Ruth Calvert Pruitt, Evelyn Wright, and Faye Dyer.
She is survived by her son, Timmy (Freda) Terry of Cornersville; two sisters, June Welch and Peggy Beard; one brother, Cordell Fowler; two grandsons, Jonathan Terry and Jason (Morgan) Terry; four great grandchildren, Morgan Renee, Timothy Luke, Thomas Logan, and William (LJ) Carter Terry, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home, 310 North Main St., Cornersville, TN, on Monday, July 29th, 2024, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, July 29th, 2024, at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mars Hill Cemetery.
