Funeral services for Mr. Edward Roe, age 64, are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, August 19, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill with Rev. Ricky Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Roby Cemetery. Mr. Roe passed away late Monday at his home in Scotts Hill. He was born March 24, 1951 in Chester County to the late W. C. and Willie Faye Johnson Roe. He was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the U. S. Air Force and enjoyed playing poker and fishing. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Teddy Wayne, Dennis Ray, and Donnie Dale Roe. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Hall; two sisters, Dyann McCurdy and Patsy Moffett; his uncle, Billy Gean Roe; six grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and one great great niece, Rianna “my Lil Nosey and Doctor”.
