Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (315 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Pastor Tramaine Snodgrass officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Phipps will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Visitation with family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2016 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Royal Funeral Home.
