Edward John Nelson, 71, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 He is survived by his daughter, Rita Ann Thompson; step-daughter, Julie Moser; sister, Nancy Bryant; grandchildren, Jason Petty and Olivia Thompson; nephews, Chad Bryant, Scot Bryant, Troy Bryant and Robert Bryant; cousin, Gilbert Tamey. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 7 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home with a chapel service at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be in Plesant Hill Cemetery in Townley, AL at 12:00 on Thursday, October 8, 2015. Pastor Chanda Crutcher will be officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
