Funeral service for Edward B. Hicks (affectionately known as Charlie B. Hicks) of Athens, Alabama will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 12:00 noon at Popular Creek M. B. Church (16031 Poplar Creek Rd, Athens, AL 35611) with Pastor Clarence Johnson, Ph.D., as Eulogist. Interment and committal will be at Popular Creek cemetery. Mr. Hicks will lie in repose from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
Public viewing will be at the Peoples Funeral Home on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m.
