Funeral service for Edna White Nafe, 79, will be Friday, May 12, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chuck Oden, Bro. Randy Baker and Bro. Paul Sain officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Nafe died on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at her residence. She was born January 13, 1938, in Morgan County to James Elbert Self and Edith Pauline (Bridges) Self. She was a Unit Secretary for the Payroll Department of the North Alabama Regional Hospital prior to retirement. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. She loved traveling, camping and bluegrass music.
Mrs. Nafe was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Roy and Robert Self and two sisters: Wilma Boger and Idalene Singleton.
