Mrs. Edna Earle Baird, age 95 of Albertville, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018, at Marshall Medical Center South.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm in the chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Hill.
Mrs. Baird is survived by her daughters, Gail (Danny) Slaton, and Dianne (Benny “Butch”) Harris; brother, Dean Godwin; sister, Bettye Burrows; grandchildren, Stacey McClendon, Kristie Slaton, and Bradley Slaton; 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Baird; parents, Wallace and Molley Godwin; brothers, Floyd, William, and Donald Godwin; and sister, Opal Stevens.
