 Edna Earl Pennington, 91, died Friday, July 31, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Tishomingo, MS and worked as a grocery store clerk. She was a member of Tishomingo Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be Sunday, August 2, 2 p.m. at Highland Cemetery, Tishomingo, MS with Bro. Eddie Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by three children – Dorothy Hamilton (Eddie), Bobby Pennington (Marilyn) and Jack Pennington (Patricia); two brothers – Jimmy Dale Coker (Peggy) and Bill “Scotty” Coker (Pat); one sister – Mary Shaw (Joe); five grandchildren – Stephanie Fortenberry (Cole), William Hamilton (Julie), Leigh Ann Vaughn (Dave), Brandi McGuyer (Carter) and Jack Pennington II (Lana) and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Pennington, a grandson, Bobby Brent Pennington and six brothers and sisters, Ollie Mae Blunt, Johnnie Blunt, Nelda Johnson, Gilma McRae, Mary Olander Coker and N.C. Coker.
