Edith Jean Saint age 87, of Arab passed away Monday July 4, 2022, at Crestwood Medical Center. Mrs. Saint was born on Oct. 11, 1934, in Union Grove, AL the Daughter of John W. and Lizzie Eudy Bearden. She was married to Howard Walter Saint on Sept. 23, 1949. She had been retired for many years after a long career at SCI. Mrs. Saint was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Parents: John and Lizzie Bearden; Daughter: Melba Huckaby; Granddaughter: Amy Huckaby; Brother: Moultrie Bearden; Sister: Catherine Bearden Beck and her Husband of 68 years, Howard Saint, who passed away on May 31, 2018. Survivors include her Son: Steven H. (Robbie) Saint of Madison; Daughter: Edee Moore of Arab; Grandchildren: Kevin (Laura) Huckaby, Diedra (Jarrett) Kitchens, Steven J. (Allison) Saint, Andrea (Chris) Upton, Brittney (Travis) Roach and Hannah Moore; 10 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces, Nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be Thursday July 7, 2022, at 2 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30-2 PM Thurs. at Gober Funeral Chapel.
