Mrs. Edith Francis Davis, age 86, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Jackson. She was born November 27, 1937 in Huntingdon to the late Russell and Otera Dickerson Turner. She was retired from the State of Tennessee, Department of Safety and enjoyed reading, puzzles, and hummingbirds. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Johnny Williams and one brother, Roger Turner. Survivors include her son, Mr. Mike Davis; her daughter, Debbie Whybrew (Chris Osborne); brother, Gene Turner; four grandchildren, Ian Davis, Braelyn Davis, Matthew Whybrew, and Tyler Whybrew; and one great grandson, Landon McClain. The family has chosen cremation.
