Edgar Horace Walker age 81 of Harvest, Alabama passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015. Ed was born September 19, 1933 in Lanier County, GA. He is the son of the late Glover W. and Etha Alice Joyce Walker. Ed served in the United States Army before starting an electrical contracting business which he ran for 45 years. He loved eating with his family, taking walks, and planting trees. He is predeceased by his sister Christine Walker. He is survived by his loving wife Sally Walker of 55 years, daughter Alice (husband, Don) Pettigrew of Madison, AL, son Scott (wife, Sheila) Walker of Cummings, GA, son Mark (wife, Kim) Walker of Oakland, CA, and sister Jeryldean Bonifera of Smyrna, DE. He is also survived by seven grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 10-11 a.m. at the Rock Family Worship Center, Madison Campus, with his memorial service at 11:00 am.
