Edgar David Hardiman 93, of Ardmore, TN died Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in Athens, Alabama.
Born Sunday, May 8, 1927 in Athens, AL, he was the son of John Hayes Hardiman and Delia Elizabeth Higginbotham Hardiman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Gracie Ozell Hardiman; daughter, Patricia Hardiman; grandsons, Casey Hardiman and Brandon Johnson.
He is survived by sons, Sandy Hardiman(Tracey), Ardmore, TN, and Johnny Hardiman (Cellie), Ardmore, TN; brother-in-law, Walter Goodwin, Hazel Green, AL; granddaughter, Shelley Pressnell (Ricky); grandsons, Nathan Hardiman, Misha Hardiman, and Colby Phillips; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL, at 11:00 AM with Bro. Steve Hargrove officiating.
Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
