Mrs. Eddie Mae Young went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 5, 2018. She was born on August 26, 1922 and was a spry 95 years young. Originally from Upson County, Thomaston, GA, she lived in Cleveland, OH for over 70 years. She was an avid Cleveland Cavaliers fan. She will always be remembered for her never failing smile, warm hugs, and unconditional love.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, T.C. Young, two brothers Prophet Daniel Seay, Jr., Nathaniel Seay, and one sister Anna Belle Radney.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Timothy Young; daughter-in-law, Waneece Harris Young; grandson, Brian Young; sister, Ethel Garmon Atwater and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Madison Chapel Funeral Home in Madison, AL on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 9-10 AM with the funeral service to follow.
