Mrs. Eddie Mae Roy, 90, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012. The funeral service will be noon Saturday at Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church, Florence, Ala. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Florence.
Mrs. Roy leaves to cherish her memories one loving daughter, Beverly Roy McCainey, St. Louis, Mo.; two grandsons, Joel LaRoy McCainey and Jeremy Lanier McCainey, St. Louis, Mo.; a brother, Nathaniel (Geneva) Key Jr., Waukegan, Ill.; four sisters, Mrs. Sadie Bell (William) Brewer, Mrs. Willie (Robert) Turner, Mrs. Annie B. Smith, all of Florence, Ala., Mrs. Evelyn (Thomas) Reynolds, of Guree, Ill.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Florence, is directing.
