Easter Mae Wadkins, 83, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Monday, February 9, 2015, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Easter enjoyed quilting and loved gardening. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, from 5:00 until 9:00 PM at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for Thursday, February 12, at 11:00 AM at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Interment will follow at Snowdown Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Pallbearers include Jamie Whitfield, Donovan Cain, Adam Thomas, Brannon Gamble, Clint Johnson and Heath Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are Eddie Richardson and Jeff Blackburn. She is survived by 3 daughters, Margie Williams (Dale), Kathy Thomas (Richard) and Gale Cain (Donnie), all of Iuka; 1 sister, Emma Rast of Iuka. Easter was blessed with 6 grandchildren, Holly Blackburn (Jeff) of Florence, AL, Carrie Johnson (Heath) of Burnsville, Amanda Richardson (Eddie), Adam Thomas, Donovan Cain (Jennifer), Jamie Whitfield, all of Iuka, and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lula Parsons; 1 grandson, Noah Blackburn; and 1 brother, James Franklin Parsons.
