Earl Wright, 71, of Florence passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013, at his home. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Elkins Funeral Home with the Rev. James Atkinson officiating.
Earl was a member of the Plumbers Steamfitters Local 760 for over 40 years and a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in the Cuban Missile Crisis.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Paula “Becky” Wright; children, Cliff Wright (Sherri), Jill Wright Bowden (Mike) and Chad Wright; and four grandchildren, Christian, Kelsey, Tate and Carter.
Earl was preceded in death by his daughter, Renee.
