Earl T. Chase, age 96, previously of Lincoln, Alabama, passed away from his battle with cancer at home with his loving family by his side. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jeanne Chase (2002).
He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy L. Hester Chase; his stepdaughters, Teresa Hester Bowen and Vanessa Hester Huffman; his children, Judy Chase and Terry Chase (Jean); grandchildren, Shonda Seale, Courtney Boyles Presley (Jake), Heath Boyles (Sarah), Tabitha Blasingame, Ted Lemay Jr. (Michelle), James Huffman, and Jessica Huffman; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Bill Franklin (Jean).
The family would like to express great appreciation to Kindred Hospice and Home Health for their loving care and support.
The graveside service is to be held in Birmingham, Alabama at Elmwood Cemetery at 2 p.m. today.
