earlEarl Frank Slatton Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 8, 2014. He is survived by his two sons, Adam Berini and Jeremy slatton; two siblings, Conny Slatton McEachern and Steven Slatton; and six grandchildren. He was affectionately known as “Big Frank” or “Tree” by his many friends due to his physical stature. Big Frank will be best remembered by his love for his friends and family, his love of NASCAR (go number 3!), his love of Alabama football (Roll Tide!), and his witty quips and one-liners. Often, when asked how tall he was, he would say, “5 foot 20”. Because of his fun loving nature, he acquired many, many friends both in his hometown of Florence, Alabama, and where he spent most of his life Bradenton, Florida. He was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
