Dwight Lewis Puckett, 69 of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at Countryside Hospice in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, February 6, 1946 in Coldwater, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Andrew Puckett and the late Virginia Henderson Puckett. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Wayne Puckett, Dan Puckett, and Ronnie Puckett, and three sisters: Jean Puckett, Dorothy Puckett, and Frances Thomason.
Surviving are sons, Randall (Michelle) Puckett of Clarksville, TN and Anthony (Heather) Puckett of Clarksville, TN, step-son: Dwight Lee Carter of Clarksville, TN, sisters, Patsy Sue Parks of Ardmore, TN and Peggy Bryant of Coldwater, TN, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Chris Bolt officiating. Burial will be in Blanche Cemetery, Blanche, TN.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until funeral time at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
